Juan Caraveo

Juan Caraveo possesses extensive experience in anti-doping operations and sports management. Currently serving as the Director of Doping Control Operations and Special Projects at the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency since January 2022, Juan leads strategic initiatives to enhance compliance with WADA standards and manages the analysis of 10,000 test samples globally. Previously, Juan directed the UFC Anti-Doping Program, overseeing operations for 650 athletes and 42 events worldwide. With a background in customer service and diversity initiatives at USA Swimming, Juan has also owned Synergy Aquatics, providing professional staffing for aquatic programs, and served as Head Coach at both Pearland Aquatics and Dickinson High School. Juan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from Austin College.
