Kayla Wagner

Kayla Wagner is an experienced foreign affairs specialist currently serving in the U.S. Army North, focusing on long-range security cooperation plans and activities with the Mexican and Canadian armies. With a robust background in military and security cooperation, Kayla has previously held positions as an expeditionary security assistance planner for U.S. Army Europe and Africa and as a country desk officer in the U.S. Army Europe, where responsibilities included developing and implementing security cooperation activities with European ground forces. Educational accomplishments include a Master of Arts in International/Global Studies from Texas State University and completion of the Basic Strategic Arts Program at the United States Army War College. Additional qualifications include an Associate of Arts in Chinese from the Defense Language Institute and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of Texas at Austin.
