Tara Santon

Tara Santon has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Tara has worked as an Operations, Plans, and Exercises Chief at U.S. Army North (5th Army) since 2023. Prior to this, Tara served as an Assistant Professor of Military Science at Indiana University Army ROTC from 2020 to 2023, where they focused on recruiting and integrating freshmen students into the Army ROTC program.

From 2014 to 2023, Tara held multiple roles in the US Army, including Field Artillery Officer, Logistics Manager, and Field Artillery Battery Commander. As a Battery Commander, they were responsible for the training, combat readiness, morale, and welfare of 85 Soldiers and $55 million in equipment.

Tara also has experience working with Alpha Phi Fraternity Beta Omega Chapter, where they served as the Vice President of Risk Management and the Director of Administration. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing safe and fun chapter events and handling administrative functions.
