Jay Morales is currently a Special Agent at DCSA since October 2019, with previous experience as an Investigator at OPM since February 2018. Prior to that, Jay worked as a Marketing Analyst for the US Army Partnership for Youth Success (PaYS) program, starting in 2014 and as a US Army Recruiting Master Trainer and Recruiter from June 2002 to October 2014. Jay completed their education at Columbia Southern University.
