James Fenlon has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. James is currently the Director of Planning and Strategic Growth Management at U.S. AutoForce. Previously, James served as the Village Administrator for the Village of Little Chute, where they were responsible for overseeing all departments, budgeting, personnel management, and promoting economic growth. James was also a Presidential Management Fellow at the Department of the Navy, specializing in financial management and acquisition. James has experience as the Director of Operations at a military/veteran non-profit organization and as a Legislative Assistant in the U.S. House of Representatives. Prior to their civilian career, they served in the United States Marine Corps as a Sergeant, fulfilling duties related to field artillery fire control and operations.

James Fenlon received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, Public Administration, and Environmental Policy and Planning from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay in 2005. James then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Public Finance from George Mason University between 2008 and 2010.
