Gerassimos Divaris

Gerassimos Divaris is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in internal audit, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Internal Audit at U.S. Bank since November 2023. Previously, Gerassimos held various leadership positions at AIG from July 2013 to October 2023, including Internal Audit Director and Associate Internal Audit Director. Earlier career experiences include roles at PwC, McGladrey, Grindrod, and RSM, with responsibilities ranging from Senior Associate to Audit Manager. Gerassimos holds a B. Compt Honours (Accounting) from the University of South Africa and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
