Holly Coppens

Holly Coppens is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate counsel and compliance. Currently serving as Vice President and Senior Corporate Counsel at U.S. Bank since August 2022, Holly previously held the position of Vice President in the Global Privacy Office at BNY Mellon from February 2020 to August 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Natixis CIB Americas as a Compliance Program Associate and as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Superior Court of New Jersey. Holly also gained valuable experience through various internships, including with the Office of the New York State Attorney General and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. Holly earned a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Fordham University.
