Ilyse Goldsmith

Ilyse Goldsmith is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Employment Counsel at U.S. Bank since April 2006. Prior to this role, Ilyse held positions as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, as well as Vice President and Senior Corporate Counsel at U.S. Bank. Before joining U.S. Bank, Ilyse practiced as an attorney at Dorsey & Whitney LLP from September 2002 to April 2006. Ilyse holds a Juris Doctor degree from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, obtained in 2002, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Michigan, earned in 1999.
