Mark Basler

Mark Basler, CPCU, CLU, AIC, is currently the Vice President of Operations at U.S. Bank, where they utilize their extensive experience in leadership and operations management to drive business transformation. Previously, Mark held various roles at State Farm and State Farm Bank, including Director of Operations and Consumer Lending Supervisor, where they implemented Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to enhance process efficiency and customer satisfaction. Mark earned bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Management, as well as International/Global Studies from the University of Missouri-Columbia, alongside a brief study in Japanese Studies at Nanzan University.
