Megan Weiss

Megan Weiss currently serves as the Vice President and Technology and Operations Communications Director at U.S. Bank, a role held since June 2002, where responsibilities include managing all communications initiatives across technology and operations, encompassing corporate and internal communications, social media, and policy communications. Prior to this, Megan held various leadership positions within U.S. Bank, such as Assistant Vice President and Operations Communications Manager, where a new communications strategy was developed for a division of approximately 3,000 employees, and employee engagement increased significantly. Additional experience includes overseeing a district of deposit processing sites, managing employee engagement activities, and contributing to banking operations and recruitment. Earlier professional experience includes production and engineering roles with major networks, along with educational qualifications in Management Communications and Media Studies from the University of Portland and Brigham Young University, respectively.
