Michael Hilgers

Michael Hilgers is an experienced professional in retail portfolio management and real estate, currently serving as Vice President and Retail Portfolio Management Lead at U.S. Bank since February 2023. Prior to this role, Michael worked at JLL from January 2017 to February 2023, where responsibilities included Integrated Program Management Platform Lead and various roles in project delivery. Earlier positions included Vice President of Design and Construction at MOD Pizza and National Director of Real Estate at T-Mobile, among others. Michael's extensive background also features leadership roles at RaceTrac Petroleum, Bovis Lend Lease, and ExxonMobil. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Arts in Math from St. Olaf College.
