Monisha Chakrapani

Monisha Chakrapani has over 16 years of experience in financial services, currently serving as Vice President of Next Generation Consumer Deposits Strategy at U.S. Bank since August 2007, where expertise includes building and implementing product and consumer strategies in an agile environment. Previously, Monisha held the role of Co-brand card relationship manager within Product and Marketing Analytics, leading analytics and reporting teams and overseeing campaign strategies for credit card brands. Monisha is also a Co-Host and Moderator of the Fintech Pulse at the Fintech & Payments Club since April 2021. Prior experience includes a consultant position at Wachovia Bank from June 2005 to August 2007, focusing on customer insights and growth opportunities. Monisha holds an MBA in Finance and General Management from Wake Forest University and a MMS in Management from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
