Nancy Beck

Nancy Beck is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in employee relations and human resources. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Employee Relations at U.S. Bank since March 2023, Nancy previously held multiple leadership roles at Medtronic from January 2015 to March 2023, including HR Director for Inclusion, Diversity & Equity and HR Director for Employee Relations. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Compliance & Ethics and HR Director at Medtronic from April 2006 to August 2014, and as VP of Human Resources at Citibank from June 1997 to August 2005. Nancy holds a Juris Doctorate from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from the University of North Dakota, and a Master of Arts in Human Resources from the University of Minnesota.
