Russ Wakeham

Russ Wakeham serves as Senior Vice President and National Head of Public Homebuilders and the Southwest Region for Private Builders at U.S. Bank, a position held since October 1998. Prior to this role, Russ was a Senior Vice President at Bank of the West from October 1986 to September 1998, where responsibilities included leading a team in the Real Estate Industries Division and managing relationships and loan underwriting for homebuilding partnerships. Russ holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Washington State University.
