Sean Shirag al-Rayes

Sean Shirag Al-Rayes has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sean started their career as a Chemical Engineering Intern at Burbank Water Reclamation Plant, where they conducted maintenance and operations tasks and ensured compliance with safety regulations. Sean then worked as a Quality Control Auditor at Transpacific Technologies Inc, where they inspected and audited work to maintain facility standards. Al-Rayes joined Johnson, Kriste, & Daily Insurance Agents & Brokers as a Special Projects Coordinator, where they supervised direct reports, trained incoming employees, and automated data entry procedures. Sean later joined McCrometer, Inc. as a Project Engineer, assisting customers and validating design conditions. Al-Rayes worked their way up to the role of Regional Sales Manager at McCrometer, collaborating with channel partners, educating customers, and setting sales goals. Currently, they serve as the Director of Business Development at U.S. Battery Mfg., Co., responsible for maintaining and developing AGM sales, working on marketing programs, and providing sales forecasts and customer feedback.

Sean Shirag Al-Rayes completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, which they attended from 2009 to 2015. Sean then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Environmental Engineering from California State University, Fullerton, where they studied from 2016 to 2018.
