Michael Kidd has worked in various roles in the business industry since 1984. Michael began their career as a District Sales Manager at Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. where they were responsible for working with independent dealer owners and their management staffs to recruit, hire, and coach their sales teams. Michael also managed the national distribution of the company's personal copier and typewriter line, and was recognized for recording the largest single sale in company history of $5.6 million. In 1998, they became the Vice President/General Manager of NEP - Winning Business Solutions where they directed a five-member management team and motivated 53 employees across core business lines. Michael restructured the company, resulting in increased efficiencies and profitability, and enhanced employee productivity which led to an increase in top line sales of 148% over a four year timeframe. In 2002, Michael Kidd joined McShane's Inc. as the General Manager where they reorganized the corporate structure to increase efficiency and reduce G & A expenses by 25%, increased top line revenue year over year for nine of the last 12 years, and improved market share by 5%. Finally, in 2014, they became the President & CEO of U.S. Business Systems, Inc. where they have been reducing operating costs, increasing security, and improving document workflow for businesses in North Central Indiana and Michigan's Great Southwest.
Michael Kidd obtained a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Northern Illinois University.
