Ricardo Jackson

Ricardo Jackson is a military veteran with a B.S. degree. Their work experience includes serving as a Lead Information Technology Specialist at the U.S. Census Bureau since 2021. Previously, they worked as a Senior Information Technology Specialist at the U.S. Secret Service from 2017 to 2020, where they were responsible for evaluating, testing, and deploying end user devices, performing system administration functions, and providing deployment support. Before that, they worked as an IT Support Specialist, Client Support, at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs from 2013 to 2017, where they provided Tier 2 Desktop Support and customer support services.
