Alvaro Ferrando

Alvaro Ferrando is an experienced professional currently serving as the Education and Outreach Coordinator for the U.S. Coast Guard Sector Miami Investigations Division since January 2017. In addition, Alvaro is the Founder and CEO of both the Web Consulting Company, which focuses on website hosting and affordable domain services, and POS of America, a provider of automatic data collection and point-of-sale products. Alvaro has also held roles as a Commercial Manager at Groupe SEB in Argentina and a Marketing Manager at BIC Uruguay SA. Alvaro's educational background includes a degree in Marketing from Universidad Católica del Uruguay and ongoing studies in Forensic Handwriting Expertise. Alvaro is also involved with the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary as an UPV Examiner.
