Charity Chmielewski

Charity Chmielewski is currently serving as Branch Chief at the U.S. Coast Guard since August 2024. With a long-standing career as a Master Mariner at American Maritime Officers since January 2010, Charity has also gained legal experience as a Law Clerk at Hamilton Miller & Birthisel from October 2022 to June 2023, and at Holliday Karatinos Law Firm and Vinson Law P.A. between May 2021 and October 2022. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (JD) from Stetson University College of Law (2020-2023), a Bachelor's degree in Marine Transportation from State University of New York Maritime College (2006-2010), and an Associate's degree in Building/Home/Construction Inspection/Inspector from Alfred State College (2004-2006).
