Donald Welch

Donald Welch currently serves as Master Chief in the U.S. Coast Guard since July 2019 and has held the role of Strategic Planning Specialist within the Coast Guard since June 1990. Donald Welch earned a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services from Northcentral University between 2008 and 2010.
