Jeffrey Milstein

Jeffrey Milstein has extensive experience in maritime operations and security, currently serving in Operations at Vitol Group since July 2016. Milstein is also an Executive Member and Officer with the Gulf of America Area Maritime Security Unit of the U.S. Coast Guard, holding various leadership roles including Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. Additionally, Milstein is involved with the Overseas Security Advisory Council as an Executive Committee member and Director of Security Representative for several committees. Milstein Chair's the USCG COC Subcommittee at the Lone Star Harbor Safety Committee and has a background in operations management from previous roles at Moran Shipping Agencies and its maritime security division. Furthermore, Milstein contributed as a Senior Associate to the National Maritime Law Enforcement Agency and served on the Advisory Board for Rutgers University’s Laboratory for Port Security.
