Jorge I Santiago

Jorge I Santiago has an extensive career with the U.S. Coast Guard, currently serving as the Assistant Operations Division Chief and overseeing officer programs within the USCG Recruiting Command since July 2016. Prior roles include Chief of the Inspections Division, Chief of the Investigations Division, and Marine Investigator, along with experience as a Marine Inspector from May 2010 to May 2016. Jorge I Santiago holds a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University, achieved in June 2022, and has completed JPME Phase 1 at the U.S. Naval War College. Additionally, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology was obtained from Universidad Central de Bayamón.
