Nicholas Leiter is an experienced leader in the U.S. Coast Guard, currently serving as the Director of Global Forces Management, where responsibilities include advising on the global force employment of Coast Guard assets and coordinating resource allocation across multiple mission programs. Previously, Nicholas held the position of Program Analyst in the Office of Performance Management & Assessment, focusing on mission analysis and compliance with government performance acts. As a founder of Uproot Homes, Nicholas created a platform to support military homeownership, earning recognition through various entrepreneurial programs. Nicholas's extensive Coast Guard experience includes roles as a Flight Examiner, Aircraft Commander, and Safety Officer, where significant achievements in search and rescue and mission execution were accomplished. Educationally, Nicholas holds a Master of Public Administration from Princeton University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy.
