Rusty Dash

Rusty Dash has served in the U.S. Coast Guard since May 1994, holding various high-level positions including Assistant Commandant for C4&IT and Coast Guard CIO, as well as Commander of the Coast Guard Personnel Service Center and the C4IT Service Center. With extensive operational experience, Rusty has also served as an Operations Officer aboard USCGC NORTHLAND and as Officer in Charge of a Law Enforcement Detachment. Rusty Dash holds a Master of Science in Government Information Leadership from the National Defense University, a Master of Science in Information Systems Technology from the Naval Postgraduate School, and a Bachelor of Science in Math and Computer Science from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy. Additionally, a detailed position at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security as Program Manager for the Common Operating Picture highlights Rusty's interdisciplinary expertise in cybersecurity and operational planning.
