Yaphet Morales

Yaphet Morales, MBA, has a diverse professional background with significant experience in both education and community service. Currently serving as Chief of Staff, along with previous roles as Service and Learning Director and Senior Impact Manager at City Year since October 2018, Yaphet has demonstrated leadership in youth programming. Concurrently, Yaphet has been an Incident Management Officer and Boatswain's Mate First Class in the U.S. Coast Guard since August 2013. Additional experience includes roles as a Bilingual Special Education Teacher at Milwaukee Public Schools, a Crisis Provider at Running Rebels Community Organization, and a Crisis Stabilizer at La Causa, Inc., focusing on youth well-being and crisis management. Earlier in the career, Yaphet held an Office Clerk position at the United States Attorneys' Offices and worked in various capacities in Milwaukee Recreation, including Water Safety Instructor and CPR Instructor. Yaphet holds an MBA from Saint Leo University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
