Frank Fisanich

Frank Fisanich serves as the Chief Counsel for the Commodity Futures Trading Commission since May 2010, focusing on the Division of Swap Dealer and Intermediary Oversight. Prior to this role, Frank held the position of Assistant General Counsel and Vice President at Bank of America from April 2003 to April 2009, where responsibilities included advising on capital markets activities in the Asia-Pacific region.
