Mark Fajfar

Mark Fajfar currently serves as Senior Assistant General Counsel at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, a position held since July 2010. Prior to this role, Mark worked as Special Counsel at Fried Frank from September 1992 to July 2010. Mark holds a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center, obtained between 1988 and 1992, and a Master of Science in Foreign Service in International Relations and Affairs from Georgetown University, completed in the same period. Additionally, Mark earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in French and History from Washington University in St. Louis, graduating in 1988, and attended Pattonville High School from 1981 to 1984.
