Marti Tracy

Marti Tracy, PHR, currently serves as the Deputy Chief Human Capital Officer at the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission since November 2023. Prior to this role, Marti held the position of Chief of Corporate Performance and Compensation at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation from January 2021 to November 2023. Marti's extensive experience in human capital management includes serving as a Senior Human Capital Specialist at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, where oversight of the agency's performance management program was a key responsibility, and as a Human Capital Specialist and Director at the U.S. Government Accountability Office, managing performance management and compensation programs. Additionally, Marti has experience as a Senior Consultant at Arthur Andersen and has been a member of the Board of Trustees for HTEDS. Marti holds a Master of Public Administration from The University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology from Virginia Tech.
