Paul M. Jolas

Paul M. Jolas is the SVP, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at U.S. Concrete. Paul has over 25 years of experience in the legal field.

Paul started their career as a Senior Regional Counsel – Texas Division at KB Home. Paul then moved to Trinity Industries, Inc. where they became the Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. In 2006, they were selected as an independent director of Insta-Pro International following its acquisition by a private equity group. Paul was appointed to the Audit Committee and Compensation Committee (Chairman). Paul oversaw the Company’s growth resulting in the Company’s debt free status, ROE of 40%, and significant cash distributions to investors.

Paul has a J.D. from Southern Methodist University School of Law and a B.A. from Tulane University.
