Toni Heaps

Toni Heaps, CPA, serves as the Vice President of Tax at U.S. Concrete, Inc. since January 2019, after holding the position of Tax Director. Prior to this role, Toni Heaps was the Tax Director at Pier 1 Imports from March 2014 to January 2019. Earlier in the career, Toni Heaps spent over two decades at RadioShack Corporation, rising to the position of Sr. Director of Tax from March 1993 to March 2014.
