Bobby Floyd

Bobby Floyd is an experienced finance and analytics professional with a robust background in managing financial systems and workforce modeling. Currently serving as Deputy Finance Director at U.S. Customs and Border Protection since June 2017, Bobby also leads the People Analytics Branch, focusing on data-driven solutions for talent acquisition and retention. Previous roles include Senior Financial System Analyst at CBP, Senior Program Analyst at Naval Sea Systems Command, and management consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, where Bobby was instrumental in developing forecasting models and securing significant contract awards. Bobby’s military background includes serving as a Team Leader in the U.S. Army, overseeing multinational forces in Kosovo. Bobby holds an MBA in International Business and a BS in Finance from Virginia Tech.
