Dave Padley

Dave Padley has a diverse background in leadership and education within government organizations. At U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Dave served as Director, Assistant Director of the Advanced Training Center, and Acting Director. Prior experience includes positions at U.S. Coast Guard as Voluntary Education Program Manager and Performance Technologist. Dave holds a Master of Science in Instructional Systems with a focus on Performance Technology from Florida State University, obtained between 2004 and 2006. Additionally, a Master of Business Administration in Information Technology Management was completed at Franklin Pierce University from 2002 to 2004.
