Andrea Collins

Andrea Collins possesses extensive experience in ethics program advisory roles within federal agencies. Currently serving as a Senior Ethics Program Advisor at USDA since February 2019, Andrea previously held positions as an Ethics Specialist at both the NIH Clinical Center and the National Institutes of Health, where responsibilities included reviewing financial disclosures and advising senior employees on compliance with ethics regulations. Earlier experience includes serving as Deputy Committee Management Officer at the National Cancer Institute, focusing on federally funded committees and conflict of interest issues, and Committee Management Specialist at the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism. Education has been completed at the University of Maryland and Montgomery College.
