Deputy Chief Customer Experience Officer at U.S. Department of Agriculture

Tamieca Hamlin is an accomplished professional in customer experience and program management with extensive experience in government agencies. Currently serving as Deputy Chief Customer Experience Officer and Senior Customer Experience Strategist at the USDA since November 2020, Tamieca previously held the role of Customer Experience Strategist at GSA from April 2020 to November 2020. From February 2018 to April 2020, Tamieca co-led a team at the USDA's Customer Experience Center of Excellence, focusing on enhancing customer experience capabilities and promoting IT modernization. Earlier positions include Management/Program Analyst at USDA APHIS from March 2016 to February 2018 and various roles at the Forensic Toxicology Drug Testing Lab from March 2001 to March 2016, culminating in Assistant Chief of the Processing Section. Tamieca holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Saint Pauls College.
