Ronald Ringgold

Ronald Ringgold, CISSP, currently serves as the Chief Cybersecurity Architect, Acting Chief Information Security Officer, and Director of the Office of CyberSecurity Architecture Services at the U.S. Department of Commerce since October 2021. Concurrently, Ronald holds the position of Adjunct Professor of cybersecurity at the University of Maryland Global Campus. Previous experience includes roles as Assistant Division Chief at the United States Census Bureau, Director FISMA/CNO at Lunarline, Inc., and Information System Security Manager at the Federal Railroad Administration, among others. Ronald's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Economics from McDaniel College.
