Rachel Carter is an experienced project manager with a strong background in strategic project management and implementation across various sectors. Currently serving as a Project Manager at the U.S. Department of Education since November 2020, Rachel previously held project management roles at Walmart Global Tech, Exterro, and FIhealthcare.com, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of project coordination and execution. Prior experience includes roles as a Strategic Project Manager at Stinson LLP, where Rachel was instrumental in managing the Strategic Project Roadmap and software integration initiatives, and positions at the Federal Reserve Banks in Kansas City and Richmond, where skills in budget development and administrative support were developed.
