Lesley Crowther Fore

Lesley Crowther Fore serves as a Technical Project Officer for the U.S. Department of Energy, managing a $38M portfolio within the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. Prior to this role, Lesley was the Director of Stakeholder Relations at the Alliance to Save Energy, where membership growth and fundraising strategies were key focuses. Experience includes directing utility-funded energy efficiency programs at Community Housing Partners and leading the Local Energy Alliance Program through various leadership roles, emphasizing strategic planning and financial oversight. Lesley founded a successful interior design firm and has held positions in communications and program coordination for several organizations, including the National Trust for Historic Preservation and the Thomas Jefferson Foundation. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree from Randolph College in English Literature and Philosophy.
