David Dahlquist

David Dahlquist is currently serving as the Senior Trial Counsel at the U.S. Department of Justice since August 2022. Prior to that, David worked at Winston & Strawn LLP from 2000 to 2022, where David held the position of Litigation Partner. During their time at Winston & Strawn LLP, David chaired the Health Care and Life Science Group from 2018 to 2022, and was also a Partner from 2009 to 2022 and an Associate from 2001 to 2008. David holds a J.D. from DePaul University College of Law, which David obtained from 1999 to 2001, and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which David earned from 1994 to 1998.
