Denise Leung

Denise Leung is a seasoned risk advisor with extensive experience in both public and international organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Risk Advisor at the U.S. Department of Justice since September 2023, Denise previously held similar roles at the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation, including Acting Chief Risk Officer. Denise's expertise spans risk management and policy advisory positions, notably for the City of Seattle, where leadership was provided to Seattle Public Utilities on financial and environmental risks. Denise also contributed to the Millennium Challenge Corporation as a Program Officer, focusing on environmental sustainability and climate goals, and worked with the World Resources Institute to enhance regulatory frameworks in developing countries. Denise's academic background includes a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from Middlebury College.
