Jeri Holt-Minter

Jeri Holt-Minter currently serves as the Onsite Services Manager for the U.S. Department of Justice, overseeing three teams and more than 20 direct reports across multiple locations while supporting the civil division of DOJ since November 2023. Prior to this role, Jeri worked at T-Mobile from August 2018 to November 2023, holding positions as Lead Technician and Senior Information Technology Analyst in End User Support. Jeri has extensive experience at Howard Hughes Medical Institute, where responsibilities included supporting enterprise-level applications for approximately 3,000 users, and various technical support roles spanning from 1997 to 2019. Early career experience includes a Customer Support Specialist position at Global Management Systems, Inc. Additionally, Jeri holds multiple degrees, including an MBA, a Master of Science in Cybersecurity, and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems, complemented by a certificate in Leadership.
