Jon Wiener

Jon Wiener is a Deputy Attorney General at the California Department of Justice, serving since May 2013, where representation of state environmental agencies in litigation is the primary focus, particularly regarding the federal Clean Air Act and climate change policies. Previously, Jon Wiener worked as an Associate Attorney at Earthjustice, advocating for energy efficiency standards and litigating cases on toxic air pollution and its effects on marine life.
