Todd Grabarsky currently serves as a Deputy Attorney General at the California Department of Justice since October 2015 and holds the position of Adjunct Professor at USC Gould School of Law since August 2022. Previously, Todd was a United States Supreme Court Fellow with the National Association of Attorneys General from March 2023 to July 2023 and an Adjunct Professor at the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law from August 2015 to July 2019. Prior experience includes a role as Law Clerk for the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and for the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California, as well as working as an Associate at O'Melveny & Myers LLP. Todd earned a J.D. from Cardozo School of Law and a B.A. in History and English from the University of Pennsylvania.
