Nicholas Kocher

Nicholas Kocher is an experienced criminal investigator currently employed at the U.S. Department of Justice since October 2019. Prior to this role, Nicholas served as a ROTC instructor at Golden Key Group, LLC from November 2018 to October 2019, where instruction focused on leadership and small unit operations. Nicholas holds a robust military background, with various positions within the U.S. Army from May 2014 to October 2018, including operations officer, personnel officer, and company executive officer, among others. Nicholas's military training includes completion of the Infantry Basic Officer Leaders Course, Air Assault School, and the Infantry Mortar Leaders Course. Early experience includes positions as a peer mentor at Ohio University and a senior scout observer specializing in reconnaissance missions. Nicholas earned a degree in Political Science with a minor in Human Geography from Ohio University in 2014.
