William Janicki

William (Bill) Janicki is an accomplished trial attorney specializing in complex litigation, currently serving as a Trial Attorney in Aviation Litigation at the U.S. Department of Justice since May 2022. With a robust legal career, Janicki has held various positions including Litigation Partner at Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP and Litigation Trial Attorney at Christensen Hsu Sipes LLP. Previous roles include Litigation Partner at Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP, Partner at LeClairRyan, and Of Counsel at Morrison & Foerster LLP. Janicki began their legal career as an Associate Attorney at Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich. Prior to practicing law, Janicki served as a Command Pilot in the United States Air Force, flying KC-10 Aircraft.
