Alexis Nera

Alexis Nera is an experienced visual information specialist currently serving in a senior role at the U.S. Department of the Treasury since July 2024, following an extensive tenure at the Defense Intelligence Agency as a creative director and art director from October 2016 to August 2024. Previous experience includes founding Alexis Nera Design, where services ranged from brand consulting to user experience design from August 2006 to October 2017. Additionally, roles at Bates CHI & Partners as an art director involved managing advertising campaigns for notable clients including HSBC and L’Oréal. Internships at the Heard Museum and Ayala Museum provided foundational experience in web design and exhibition marketing. Alexis Nera holds a B.F.A. in Graphic Design from Corcoran College of Art + Design and a web development certification from General Assembly.
