Jeff Stout is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public policy and business development. Currently serving as Deputy Chief Program Officer for Small Business and Community Investment at the U.S. Department of the Treasury since April 2011, Jeff has held various leadership roles, including Director of the Office of Federal Program Finance and Director of the State Small Business Credit Initiative. Prior to this, Jeff was Senior Vice President and Director of Business Development at City First DC, where career progression included roles as Analyst, VP/Relationship Manager, and SVP/Director of Business Development. Early career experiences involved positions at The Brookings Institution as a Graduate Student Intern, co-founding and serving as CEO of Octopus Networking, co-founding and acting as President of Dgolpe.com, and working as an Equity Analyst at Buenos Aires Trust Company. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Philosophy from the University of Iowa.
