Ramon L De Jesus is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in ServiceNow implementations and enterprise architecture. Currently serving as the ServiceNow Lead Enterprise Architect in SPM at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, Ramon has demonstrated leadership through various roles, including Technical Project Manager for multiple ServiceNow integration projects and complex implementations at federal agencies such as the IRS and U.S. Department of Defense. With a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and delivering high-quality software solutions, Ramon has also held positions as President of SDLC PROS and THINK TIE LLC, showcasing a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
