Andrew Fair

Andrew Fair currently serves as the Chief of Biomedical Engineering at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and as an Adjunct Professor at Gannon University. With experience spanning various roles from Motion Analysis Center Engineer at Shriners Children's to Reliability Engineer at Phoenix Laser Solutions, Andrew has developed expertise in data acquisition, failure testing, and project management. In academia, Andrew has taught motion analysis and capture practices, enhancing student learning through hands-on exercises. Andrew holds both a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Gannon University, with a research focus on ergonomics in healthcare using motion capture technology, resulting in a published paper for the National Ergonomics Convention. Additionally, Andrew has managed substantial facilities, overseeing operations and staff.
