Delaney Sanders

Delaney Sanders is a Registered Nurse Resident at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, currently involved in the Post Baccalaureate Registered Nurse Residency Program at Buffalo Veteran's Hospital. Prior experience includes serving as a Student Nurse Tech at Banner Health, providing essential patient care in rehabilitation, and tutoring pharmacology and nursing fundamentals at Alverno College. Delaney was also a member of the National Student Nurses' Association Board of Directors, contributing to committees focused on ethics, governance, and health policy. Earlier roles include Health Technician and Telemetry Technician at a Cardiac Critical Care Unit, Clinical Exercise Physiologist specializing in cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation, and Lead Resident Associate at Brookdale. Delaney holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology from the University of Mary and a Direct Entry Master's of Science in Nursing from Alverno College, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
