Jaquonto Taylor

Jaquonto Taylor has extensive experience in human resources management, spanning over 20 years across various roles. As a Senior Human Resources Manager at Florida Army National Guard since July 2002, Jaquonto has focused on strategic planning, resource allocation, and leadership techniques. Previous roles at the same organization included Human Resources Generalist, where responsibilities included customer service principles, training design, and medical records management, and Human Resources Specialist, focusing on administrative tasks and data entry. Jaquonto also managed a team as the Store Manager at Advance Auto Parts from 2002 to 2008 and served as a Human Resources Specialist in the US Army from 1998 to 2002. Currently, as a member of Project Transition USA, Jaquonto supports transitioning military personnel in their job search endeavors. Education was completed at ECPI University from October 1999 to May 2001.
